Create a passport size photograph

• You can get a passport size photo by uploading any photo of yours in an app or website such as ‘Passport Photo Maker’ (for Android) or ‘Passport Photo – ID Photo’ (for iOS), or cutout.pro website in a browser. 
• Choose the size as 2 inches by 2 inches. These tools will remove the background automatically and produce a professional-looking passport size photo.
• Save as JPG or PNG depending on the requirement
• Photo needs to be a colour photo

Compress photographs/pictures

• Open the image in your default photo viewer (Photos app in Windows, Preview app in Mac).
• Use the export or save-as options to save it in a lower resolution or as a JPEG instead of PNG, which will reduce the file size.

Scan documents into pdf files

• If you don’t have access to a scanner, you can use a scanning app on your phone to convert hard copies to pdf files. Adobe Scanner is a free app for basic scanning. 
• If your file needs is too large and needs to be compressed, there are free services available online, such as from Adobe 

Get GPS Coordinates

If you are not currently in the location, then enter the address in Google Maps or any other map website/ app. Right click on the location if you are on a Desktop, and you can see the location coordinates. If you are using the app on a mobile, touch and hold the area on the screen where your location is, and you’ll see the coordinates displayed on the screen, either near the location pin or in the bottom half of the screen.  

If you are in the property location, you can open the Compass app on your phone. The latitude and longitude information will be displayed in this format: Degree°Minutes′ Seconds″. Example: 32°58′8″N, 128°40′25″. The first set of numbers is the latitude and the second set is the longitude. The numbers range from -90 to 90 for latitude and -180 to 180 for longitude.

• If the internet connection is poor, then the website may time out when you try to upload documents. Please try when the connection is better, or change the internet connection from phone to wi-fi or vice versa. 
• Save a PDF copy of the filled-in form and the submission acknowledgment for future reference.
